Grace at Mosman offers boutique fully serviced apartment accommodation at very competitive rates.

STANDARD SEASON RATES (1 Feb - 1 APRIL + 12 APR - 30 NOV)

* $150 Service fee/booking for 1 Bedroom Apartment (on top of the room rate) & $250/Booking for 2Bedroom apartment.

* All monies above are in Australian Dollars.

* In the event that a guest wishes to check out early a 100% cancellation fee applies.

* 100% Cancellation Fee for bookings cancelled within 14 days of Check-In Date.

High Season Rates (1 - 12 April + 1 Dec - 31 Jan)

1- 3 nights 4 nights or more
ONE BEDROOM $320 $300
TWO BEDROOM $460 $440

* All monies above are in Australian Dollars.

* 100% Cancellation Fee for bookings cancelled within 30 days of Check-In Date during high season.

* In the event that a guest wishes to check out early a 100% cancellation fee applies.

* There is a minimum 4 night booking 17th December - 3rd January

Conditions

  • A surcharge applies for payment by credit card: 1.8% for Mastercard and Visa. 2% for AMEX
  • A 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 14 days of check-in.
  • For bookings between 18th December - 18th January: 100% Cancellation Fee applies for bookings cancelled within 30 days of the Check-in-Date.
  • There is a minimum 4 night booking 17th December - 3rd January
  • In the event that a guest wishes to check out early, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • The cancellation fee may be waived in the event that the apartment can be re-let.
  • Grace at Mosman reserves the right to cancel reservations on declined credit cards.
  • All apartments are Non-Smoking, No-Party and No Pet. A penalty will apply if this is not observed.
  • Long-term rates negotiable.
  • Higher rates apply for high season.
  • Sofa bed $40 per night if required in the one bedroom apartments (Sofa folds out to double sized bed - new mattresses)
  • Porta cot available at $30.00 per night.
  • Service fee $150.00 for One Bedroom Apartment and $250 for Two Bedroom Apartment.
  • Secured and undercover garage car parking is available - reservation needed.
    There is plenty of FREE 3hrs off street parking.

     Pre-Arrival Details:

  • You will be notified via email with key and access details about 1-2 days prior to check-in date.
  • For bookings made within 24 hours of your arrival please contact our Property manager Tim on 0478 284 023 for key and access details.
